Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy.

If a booking qualifies for a refund, the refund amount will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original booking.

Certain services such as ferry tickets, hotel bookings, and activity reservations may have non-refundable charges depending on the service provider’s policy.

Andaman Aura Travels is not responsible for refund delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
