Cancellation Policy – Andaman Aura Travels
Customers may cancel their booking according to the cancellation policy mentioned below.
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the travel date, minimal cancellation charges may apply.
If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the travel date, partial cancellation charges will apply.
If the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before travel, higher cancellation charges will be applied.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the travel date, the booking amount may become non-refundable.
Some services such as ferry tickets, hotel reservations, or activity bookings may have their own cancellation rules depending on the service provider.
All cancellations must be requested through email or official communication channels.
